JCCA has established partnerships with URM and Head Start!
The Union Rescue Mission is openening a large men's residential treatment facilitity in Little Rock. The URM is using JCCA as screening center for admissions. A URM social worker is housed at JCCA in Jefferson County to coordinate placement of clients whom need longer term residential treatment and housing.


Head Start facility for Jefferson County is located on the JCCA Campus, and JCCA clients whom need childcare and childcare assistance can apply at the JCCA office
The federally funded Head Start program serves low-income three
and four year old children and their families. The purpose is to
promote school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive
development of children through the provision of educational,
health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children
and families.
